I'm very happy to hear you are feeling better. I'm sorry sleeping is an issue, but that will go away. It's awesome that you have friends that care and keep positive feel around you, because support plays big part on "staying clean" I don't know if you take any PM medication to sleep, but they are meant to put you to sleep not keep you asleep. Most of them at least 
keep taking if you are vitamin c, any combination of vitamins will help. Sorry about the weather, I know it sux when you want to be outside and can't.
As I went thru my process I didn't take PM for sleep, I got prepared for 5 days supply of Benz (Xanex)to take before bed time, never took more than 1mg. I was prescribed to them while ago, but don't take them now. NO NEED Benzs are going to keep you asleep for 6-10hr sometimes depends on dosage. I started at .5mg first 24hr and at day 4 I took 1mg and since really hasn't been an issue. Sorry if I'm offending you by talking about other drugs, but in controlled environment or strong minded person "As you seem to be" it's helpful. Keep in mind, at high dose it has high probability for addiction.
Keeping Busy
Look for stuff around the house, clean if you can, water plants, vacuume ,etc the goal is to keep your mind off these last 5 days.
