Percocet (oxycodone ir)

That's not true. Tylenol is not compounded with oxycodone to form percocet just to "get in the way".

It acts in a synergistic fashion and will improve the analgesic properties of the drug. A lot of people prefer the 10/500 vicodin over the 10/325 norcos.

and the OP said he likes the synergy btwn the two aswell, most people with legit pain feel it too they just don't want to eat multiple grams of it a day. Also to your it's filled with binders remark. Everything that is a pill/street drug does have binders, so what's your point?

Right.

There are plenty of people who will take a tylenol or two with their oxys because they like the synergistic HIGH it gives them.

And I know exactly what I'm talking about.

ok, take some tylenol ALONG with ur oxycodone, get higher from the tylenol, have fun..

i love popping aleve, tylenol, advil...it makes me soooo euphoric

i know about how they combine and make it better for PAIN RELIEF... i said HE WASNT WRONG but when it comes to EUPHORIA, cuz thats why the kids fucking taking the chemical, theres no euphoria from it...

I have a question, isn't oxycodone generic for oxycontin, because I just had surgery and my surgeon gave me oxycontin and I asked the pharmay to order generic cause my insurane only covers generic, well they called me and told me my insurance dropped oxycontin and the generic oxycodone,so I know there is a oxycodone IR,but oxycontin has a generic oxycodone ER,so now I get morphine sulfate ER 100mg,hydrocodone 10/325 and hydromorphone 8mg,out of those three, what's the best way to take them to get a real full affect to knock out alot of my pain, cause they don't seem to help,he has me taking the morphine sulfate 2 times, hydroodone 6 times and the hydromorphone 1 every 6 hours as needed for pain, and I really don't want to start slamming anything,so can someone please give some advice,if there's a way to take morphine sulfate 100mg,hydrocodone 10/325 and hydromorphone 8mg to were they would help knock out alot of my chronic pain, thank you.

I dont have much experience with these pills for pain relief, but i think the bio availability of morphine is low when taken orally (aprox. 25% ) so maybe breaking up your 100mg MS and plugging them throughout the day would provide better relief.

Not sure how feasible this idea would be for you though.

What can I use to remove binders in my 5mg oxycodone. I have the ones without Tylenol and they say k/b or k/18

As far as snorting the pills I have always found the effects of oral to be superior when it comes to hydrocodone, Ativan, etc. For ME snorting was just a disappointment. Same with plugging not to mention the experience of that whole process is just unpleasant for me.

Just eat em IMO. BTW DO they make a generic OxyContin i.e. Oxycodone ER? When I was scripted them in late 2013 I don't think there was a generic.

Sorry, I know I got a bit OT with this post.

I'd say you've got quite a decent pain relief cocktail. Just take them orally, you should be fine. You've got the strongest dose on all three meds (I think 100mg is the strongest dose of morphine sulfate ER). If you are not opioid tolerant then BE CAREFUL. You don't want to cause respiratory depression. Quite frankly I'm shocked you're not getting adequate pain relief from that regimen unless of course you're opiate tolerant and have been taking opiates for an extended amount of time.

What kind of surgery did you get if you don't mind my asking and have you been on opiates before?

EDIT: Just realized this post was from 2010, *smacks palm on forehead*

@Dummyaaron: Perhaps you should start a new thread rather than replying to a 5 year old thread.
