First off, I realize that it all varies by "tolerance", weight/height, etc, but what is the OD potential of 120 Percocet 5/325's? Is that a 100% lethal dose for a first timer?

I'm asking in reference to something I heard someone say earlier today. Simple question if someone could be so kind as to answer it I'd appreciate~

If it doesn't kill you, it will cause extreme stomach lining/liver/brain damage from both the paracetamol and the oxycodone.

Probably. If not, you'll wish it had.

120 5mg Oxys will most differently be fatal for the first time also 120 325 would certainly cause liver failure also.

man that's what I thought. TY so much for responding btw. Someone was talking about how they knew someone who took 120 percs & were wilin out. I didn't say anything but I knew they were lying through their teeth. Would an OD on 120 of those things even be painful? Like that's a lot of pain pills

When you take that many pills your body rebels. I mean, if you take them all at once you'll likely just vomit and bleed a whole bunch. If it gets into your bloodstream, yes, it can be painful. Recently there was a lethal injection where (since European countries, disagreeing with capital punishment have quit providing the fallback regimen of lethal injection drugs)they gave him a sedative and hydromorphone. Fifteen minutes of obvious discomfort preceded death.
It's hard to say what the human body's going to do.
