Opioids Perc taking too long to kick in

I don't have a tolerance. Did a few 10 mg percs a few days ago but before that my last opiate use was years ago. 30 mg had me ROCKED the other day. i took 30 mg tonight and I feel a slight euphoric buzz but nothing compared to last time. Did my tolerance really develop that quick? It's the same exact type of pills (IP 204). It's been an hour and a half...and I'm wondering if maybe they are just taking a long time to increase the high? It was taken on basically an empty stomach orally
 
I think its unlikely its tolerance. Perhaps since you know what to expect you arent blown away now. There are variables like stomach contents as you mentioned, gastric transit time, and probably a hundred other things the may make a difference. Dont overdo it though. Remember, acetaminophen is hepatotoxic in too high a dose.
