Perazine (dopamine antagonist) to terminate trip?

My friend was recently prescribed perazine, an antipsychotic drug which acts as a dopamine antagonist. I was wandering if it could be used to terminate an LSD trip, if necessary? I know that some antipsychotics are used for this purpose, but I'm not sure if all have this property.

Hopefully someone has expanded on this; I am also interested in how to stop/terminate a strong trip. I heard Xanax works well? But that is not an antipsychotic obviously. I wonder if serequeol would work..?

It will blunt the mental effects, yet extrapolating of related drugs, won't necessarily dispel them. Do not be surprised if it leaves you somewhat dysphoric. So it'd be best to save as a last resort. I think atypical antipsychotics, especially trazodone and quietapine (olanzapine is also common), are preferred these days. Basically stuff specifically blocking 5-HT2A.
