Does anyone have any educated hypotheses or experiential information on whether or not it would be safe to combine a beta blocker and Pentedrone. Pentedrone according to wikipedia, is also known as 2-(methylamino)-1-phenylpentan-1-one or α-methylamino-valerophenone. The reason I have concern is that pentedrone is similar to MDPV and Mephedrone. The method of action with some of these beta-ketones is similar to cocaine (inhibition of dopamine reuptake) which I've read has some extremely harmful interactions when used in combination. So is it dangerous to combine this RC with a beta blocker? Thanks for any info!

If pentedrone has an effect on adrenaline like others in it's class, then yeah it might be a dangerous combination. What happens is when the beta receptors are blocked without blocking the alpha receptors, this conteracts the vasodilating effects of epinephrine, making stimulants more potent vasoconstrictors.
