Peaches Geldof died of a heroin overdose

Those evil dealers forced those nice upstanding celebrities to inject drugs. They must be tracked down and taken care of so they cannot corrupt anymore famous people.

Actually in the local paper it was mentioned that they were going to try and track down the dealer of someone who had recently died of a heroin overdose. The paper said that it was the same thing as someone pulling the trigger. That didn't make sense to me though as people who are shot and killed don't seek out the shooter and then pay the shooter to shoot and kill them.

I think going after the dealer and charging them for the death of a person after an overdose is ridiculous. People know what they're getting into. It's either an accident or an attempt at suicide. Either way it doesn't have to do with the dealer unless the dealer added something to the drugs which kills a person.

Peaches Geldof signed heroin ‘contract’ in her own blood at the flat of Libertines frontman Pete Doherty

PEACHES Geldof apparently signed her name in blood with a heroin needle under a grim contract vowing not to let the drug kill her.

According to The Sun , Geldof, then 19, wrote: “I solemnly swear I am not going to die,” in a journal at troubled singer Pete Doherty’s flat in London.

Last week an inquest found that the television personality died of a heroin overdose, reportedly 10 times bigger than the one that had killed her mother, Paula Yates, in 2001.

The so-called “contract” was published in Doherty’s 2008-13 journals — and the Kindle edition called From Albion to Shangri-La shows a photo of the signature.

Although Geldof reportedly wrote the fateful oath, publishers Thin Man Press were unable to confirm whether she had signed her own name or whether that had been written by Doherty (who once dated Kate Moss), who has exhibited paintings from his own blood in the past.

The haunting images that show how the untouched home where Peaches Geldof died is becoming reclaimed by nature

The rural home where Peaches Geldof and her young family lived up until her death from a drug overdose last year is lying abandoned.
Weeds and overgrown foliage cover the property in Wrotham, Kent, which has lay empty ever since the 25-year-old was found dead on April 7, 2014.
The mother-of-two was discovered unconscious in an upstairs bedroom inside the high-ceilinged house with stashes of heroin, burned spoons and almost 80 syringes scattered nearby.

She lived in the £1million wooden property with her 23-year-old husband Thomas Cohen and their two sons, Astala and Phaedra.
Mr Cohen revealed in July last year that he wouldn't return to the house, with sources close to the couple saying he was too traumatised to return.
A neighbour said: 'Thomas hasn't been back to the house for a long time.

'Whenever he needs something, he gets his mum to pick it up.
'He is haunted by what has happened and is constantly reminded of Peaches and the happy times they shared, as well as the moment he found her.'
The pair were said to be happily married at the time of Peaches' death.
They'd set up a country idyll for her children, and frequently posted pictures of them online.

Our investigation into the supply of drugs is continuing and remains a live investigation.
---------

Wonder if you die homeless in an alley with a needle in your arm if they investigate the supply? I have seen this same thing said when that kid from glee died in Vancouver or when Phillip Hoffman died in NY. You think poor non famous OD's get the same sort investigation? I never see stories in paper about dealers who supplied fatal dose getting charged, unless the person who died was famous of a kid. Regular junkies I don't see the same sort of effort to track down a supply.

I agree, it's pathetic.
