Ok, well change these thoughts you're thinking right now -- as you read/think each word, one at a time.Sounds like some shit ouf of the Holographic Universe.
Thoughts can be changed as well.
...and erased.
Umm.... and good luck with the ones you think without reading words, too, that just come up out of nowhere and then disappear.
P.S. oh, getting tricky with "thought control" --- gonna stop reading this message, and stop thinking at all? And what controls whether you *want* to keep thinking, or *want* to stop? Hmmmmmmmm?

There's no thinker in control of what thoughts happen -- so just be at peace with whatever thoughts come up. What other choice is there?
P.S. here's the deal on why certain thoughts keep repeating over and over (good or bad)... because they're given such a sense of importance. Dis-invest in them, treat them like any other thoughts, and they'll stop repeating so often. Most of them are directly related to the sense of self, so that's easier said than done, but just watch/notice which are the ones that keep repeating and you'll finally get clued in!
"Watching the mind" is SO under-rated, and so helpful... but you have to be truly interested, and do it *all the time*.
