Misc PDE5 inhibitors

I've never used these drugs (cialis, levitra, viagra and etc...) but I've always been interested in them. Has anyone used them long term for extended periods of time and what were the side effects? Curious to read some experiences from people who have used these drugs everyday.

Never used cialis for long term, but in the short term it can be pretty fun. Hah. If you consider all day hardons so you can fuck 50 times fun. I certainly do.

It depends what you need them for, these kind of drugs are particularly useful if you suffer from erectile dysfunction, or you have drug-induced erectile dysfunction. They don't increase your libidinal energy contrary to popular belief. They're just vasodilators which increase blood flow to the penis.

If your using them and you don't need them, don't use them. They have a moderate-severe side effect profile ranging from headaches to serious cardiovascular issues and even in some cases of chronic use dependency where users cannot achieve an erection upon cessation.
