Forearms are my absolute favorite part to train. I can do them sitting down, either over my knees or leaning on a bench. I also do reverse wrist curls and reverse curls, usually with regular bicep curls.
Yeah everyone wants big forearms :cool:
I'll be playing around a bit with volume & frequency, with enough perseverance I should get somewhere, I hope =D will take a while for sure.
 
I'm watching the shield, and there's this minister at this church, and he uses aversion therapy to get people off alcohol.
"he doesn't let them stop drinking" lol, it's a real thing apparantly.

It's a ploy to sleep with the wives though

That's how I do it. Upper/lower with an optional extra day for core/ab work. Otherwise I just add some ab stuff to whatever workout.

I do about 30% for strength so on the heavy/low reps, with 70% being high rep hypertrophy stuff (sometimes really high rep, up to 20).

Agreed on the bro splits. From my understanding, once you hit ~10 sets on a muscle group in one session, gains begin decreasing and you start doing junk volume. I aim for 20 sets per muscle group per week, makes more sense to split that volume in 2 sessions imo.

I actually rarely train forearms. My forearms aren't great but deadlifts, pullups, and heavy carries has added a bit of size. I get tennis elbow pretty bad so I probably do need to strengthen my forearms but so fucking boring.

Do try supersetting all the little exercises sometimes, abs, real delts, side delts, forearms etc... even stuff for biceps, triceps.. you can superset it all. Like really, it was a gamechanger for me when I realised I could just do superset all these things. Like what am I waiting 2 minutes for with some lateral raises or something.

I'm kind of in a pickle though, I've got lower back aches. I've always had it, like in the right lower back but almost never noticeable. But with upper lower there was suddenly a lot more squatting and hip hinging volume and it got worse.
Any time I put any stress on it I'll feel it when the pump has gone, not bad but it's there. There could be a million reasons for it and I really gotta figure it out. I can work around it somewhat, but there's no replacing pulls from the floor...
 
You could try decreasing ROM on squats and hip hinge exercises, just temporarily at least. Sometimes that's enough... Do you do hip thrusters? I had bad SI joint issues until I started incorporating heavy, high rep hip thrusters. I think I added a lot of meat to my glutes which has helped protect my back and hip joint.

I've gotten rid of back squats though. Split squats, hack squats and leg press does the trick.

Hip thrusths hurt my lower back too, anything where the lower back is somewhat involved will lead me to feel it. I do lack glute strength though.
My plan is a full stop on all hinging and squatting, find stretching exercises on YT and do some rehab exericeses like hyperextensions with little to no weight.

I like squats, I go to the gym to squat, lol, it's my best lift too with a PR of 120kg x 8 with bouncing out of the hole. So yeah, it's killing me, I was still in linear progression too. I fixed the form now a little but it's still a tremendous strain on the lower back since it's still a heavy weight for me.

I'll figure it out eventually. It's part of the fun huh =D
 
Indeed. I've had to stop both bench and OHP due to ridiculous elbow pain. Finding workarounds actually makes lifting feel fresher...

Re: Hip thruster. Check this site out if you don't already know it. Dude explains 2 different forms, one of which seems to hurt back more. But beyond that, he's obsessed with glutes (aren't we all) so may have some practical tips for your booty


 
Not a good week, got ripped off for 260 bucks by this scumbag vendor i never used before. Wanted all that 3-HO-PCP so bad and i rolled the dice, really bad move. Should of spent less and tested it out first, i havent gotten burnt that bad in years. One time i sent 500 to China and they sent me a shitload of some Cathinone instead of the 5-MeO-MiPT. Me and my friend did it to and had no idea what it was, pretty crazy.

Least i got some fucking drugs that time tho 😡
 
Well i already ruined that other scooter in a week, im a dumb ass and didnt read the specks and notice that the weight limit is 220lbs. So i have burned out the motor already and it goes half the speed as it used to.

Im just gonna give it to my girlfriends daughter and she is little as fuck so it will probably work decently for her still. Im gonna take it to a shop and have it fixed, this will be her birthday present. So...i just made a really expensive purchase and bought this one.

Cost me a little over a thousand dollars but its a really quality one with a motor thats about four times as powerful. Has a weight capacity of up to 440lbs and since i weigh 250lbs i will be all good. When ive been reading the reviews people say how great it is on hills and whatnot and thats where i ran into issues with this other one. It goes off road as well and since it has the nice tires it will be safer in the rain im sure.

It would slow down so much on them it was obviously a sign i was too heavy. But it was still going fast on flat roads so i didnt think anything of it at first, but yeah its completely fucked now and wont go above 12mph when its supposed to go up to 23mph.

What can you do, live and learn. Financed the new one on my credit card so i wont have to pay for it all at once, it will be like under a hundred a month for a year. Pretty excited this thing is gonna be a beast, got a two year warranty this time also just in case.

Damn those go 28mph? That's fast on those things. There are many companies placing them all around cities in Europe, the ones in Berlin don't go faster than 20km/h (12mph), here 15mph is the max I believe.
Everyone complaining about how dangerous they are and stuff.
I like 'em, very handy if you need to catch trains or you're just being lazy but it gets dangerous when your nose gets itchy, you just can't drive safely with one hand.
 
I've got 2x 150ug ETH-LAD blotters, can't decide if I should take both and have a strong journey or not. What is redosing like with this?

I wouldnt take both if i was you, for me 150ugs is a strong trip in itself and when you push the dose with it nausea happens with some people. But i did take a second dose one time, like i did a 150ug blotter and tripped for maybe 6hrs on just that and wanted more. Then i took 60mgs of MXPr, a 75ug ETH-LAD redose and 60mgs of MPT. And yeah i went pretty deep at that point and it was great, i didnt get sick but some people do purge its relatively common.

But my absolute favorite thing to do with ETH-LAD is take macro-doses like 35ugs is one of the absolute best feelings on the planet. It would turn me into the happiest person you could imagine. And i would goto work and cook and just have the greatest time ever. Was doing that maybe once a week for a couple months there, and then tripping a full on dose when i was off with a 4-sub Tryptamine.

Don't know about re-dosing but as with acid it's probably less effective than other psychedelics.
Have you taken it before? It's a heavy psychedelic imo, has a strong bodyload as well. I took 200ug once and it was a great trip but I wouldn't have taken more.

You can tell while on it that it's for the experienced tripper.. The bodyload detracted quite a bit for me, if you have the comparison to acid in mind at least.

Generally, my approach to bodyloads, is that I don't even try to get fully comfortable and just move around, which works great for most psychedelics. It's the same as when I'm sober tbh. With ETH-LAD this primitive approach does not really fit.
Anyway, 300ug with no tolerance has got to be very very strong. If I were able to still trip, I would probably not dare to without more experience with it. I think I've read on here that even "lowish" doses <= 100ug are not that low and work amazingly with way less nausea and vasoconstriction.
 
I've done that much, in fact that's the way I usually dose, but I hesitate suggesting it to others. 300ug of ETH-LAD is certainly more than 300ug of LSD in my personal experience. Your experience may vary.
