Living a little reckless right now, yesterday i got baked with my girl all night. Hitting the delta-9-thc vape carts i got for her, got stupid high like damn near trippin honestly. Then i had i hit in the morning probably like six hits all togther which isnt too crazy.

If i only do THC once every month or two i wont get that damn cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. It obviously super sketch me even doing this but if i literally just do it for like 12hrs like i did and stop it should be fine.

I just got tested at probation and i dont go back for another ten days. If you just use Weed once it actually leaves your system pretty fast like 3-7 days tops in urine. With the Saliva test its only 3 days period so ill be good. Id done it like this here and there last time i was on supervision.

Then to top it off tonight at work one of the bartenders offered me a drink and i had a pina colada that i sipped on the last hour. Then when i left i stopped at a bar and had a double shot of Jack Daniels and then went and got on the bus
Feeling pretty nice mild buzz, not something i could make a habit out of with my heartburn issues, and also you can test positive in urine for 80hrs so i best just doing it once in a blue moon like the weed.

But yeah feeling a little toasty past couple days using so normal people drugs, not bad. But i would of preferred to do some Ketamine or something obviously. Might get a few grams of some in a couple weeks, little treat for myself. Glad i only had the two drinking tho lets see how my body does with that. Wouldnt wanna get drunk and have to deal with a hangover.

First time ive used alcohol or thc in two years 😳
 
Up with insomnia from Klonopin withdrawal, drinking a few beers and feeling thankful that I have all of you here to talk to. Even if it's not face-to-face, it still let's me know that I'm not alone.

My buddy gave me a beautiful indica/sativa blend the other day, and I'm planning to take a hit or two when I get off the computer. I'm already in a creative mood (working on writing my 2nd song in the past few weeks), and a little weed should inspire me nicely.

Kinda coming down now (got little tolerance these days) from my last few rips at the fire earlier.

Fucked with my plants today, taking cuttings, potting already rooted cuttings, picked up a new plant (a spider plant with a different variegation than the ones I had) and some Jade cuttings for $10. Feels good to be actively engaged in something that isnt so fucking passive (tv/video games)
Yeah fair mate, just was emphasising how VASTLY more irritating to the vocal chords too in particular Chemically ferted weed is vs pure organic, however fully flushed.


But yeah too. I depend 365 ish on edibles for Lyme rooted digestive inferiority but when jar runs out, few days/weeks break occas.... well my digestion goes down the pit first, spurring the inevitable new cook up.


But because it's almost 365 only following these rare breaks I notice how edibles aid respiratory symptoms from pathogens.




We made a batch last week, 16 grams Indica THC flower with 14 grams full spec 19% CBD 0.56% THC smells heavenly.


In two 276 gram coconut oil jars.


So potent makes no sense lol.

Also mate re exactly this, edibles benefit to throaty pathogens or sensitivity.

Because I live to manage such exact allergy symptoms.


But often taking my edibles lately (home infused coconut oil), I add it to cup for a super yummy clean-billed hot drink.


I boil up 2 tsp Organic cocoa powder 1.5 heaped black coffee tsp lecithin plus cayenne pepper! Most outstanding expectorant plus psychoactive potentiate.



With sunflower lecithin too so all emulsifies. I've used it near daily lately to work magic on my Airways tasty and energising too.

Just another night of insomnia, mainly due to Klonopin withdrawal. Up at 1:30am nursing a beer, wishing I were sleeping and dreaming of something cool. But, at least I have you all so I'm just going to babble for a bit...

I really want to start lifting weights again now that my shoulder surgery is 99% healed, because I see the cute orthopedic doctor in 6 weeks and I want to look good for her! ;)

As I've been getting off of kratom, benzos, etc., I can feel myself coming back to life again. My creativity. My libido. It's all still there; it's just been hiding under 25 years of chemicals!

Do it! Ease in slowly though especially due to your injury, but I reckon you'll see some great overall life improvements from hitting the Barbell. My main advice- don't skip leg day 😀 If you haven't lifted for a while you'll get the lovely newbie gains, six weeks will see a nice bit of progress... Make sure to eat plenty of protein. 2 gram per kilo of bodyweight is thought to be ideal.

I'm glad that I lifted really heavy back in my late 20's, because my "muscle memory" never went away. I start seeing my size & shape come back within weeks of starting again.

I would never want to go back to the frustration of weighing 120 lbs., working out 2 hours a day 5 days a week, and not seeing a single gain for months. I'm sure I made a lot of rookie mistakes back then too, like not nearly enough weight and way too many sets/reps.
 
Main thing I've learned is that you have main and heavy movements, you progress in them in ways that make sense (e.g. 4 sets of 4-8 reps, then you can progress by adding a rep on one set, adding weight on the first or whatever and ultimately add weight on every set).

Then full effort in the other exercises, autoregulate the volume and do tons of upper back volume as it works great and your back recovers easily.
I like upper lower splits with some extra stuff on lower days like pull ups, rear delt stuff & abs. I'm still a novice I think and more isolation and more volume definitely helped, all these beginner programs are very low volume generally.

To me bro splits are like inherently stupid, but like all the people in my gym are jacked and doing all this, like 7 chest exercises.. so I assume that as long as you provide good enough stimulus and overload over time it probably doesnt matter all that much.

I'd like to grow my stick forearms but it's not really working yet. I could just increase the volume a ton but that might not be ideal, we'll see.

Forearms are my absolute favorite part to train. I can do them sitting down, either over my knees or leaning on a bench. I also do reverse wrist curls and reverse curls, usually with regular bicep curls.
