There are tons of PCT plans that you can read about, and you can weigh up the pros and cons of each. There isn't one definitively "correct" way to do it, there are a number of variations. There is also a profound amount of info on arimidex. Do you know what arimidex is and what it does? If not, start your research there.
Do not underestimate how important your PCT is. You need to fully understand what your PCT consists of, and the hows and whys of it all. It is also good practice to have your PCT all sorted before you start your cycle.
There is a plethora of information out there on this, too much for someone to type into a thread to answer this. Once you've done the groundwork and the basic research, come back and post up your proposed PCT plan and members on here can make suggestions accordingly.
