Paxil, and meth?

Hi,

I was wondering I saw that Paxil, and Meth can be dangerous. Stopping paxil for a few days, make any kind of difference?

Maybe stop for two weeks if you can too

Why two? It is standard recommended psychiatric procedure for drug interactions or preventing an unwanted one according to my homewurk
