Remember that you have just taken something away that your brain had become very used to. Beyond that, there were the issues that made you susceptible in the first place so you have a double dose to deal with. Are you getting help through any kind of therapy? Just getting 'clean' is the first step but healing your life so that you remove the vulnerability to relapse is the much longer process. Be patient and encouraging and kind with yourself. You are making a huge change!
Don't think too much, you will recover to a "normal" state eventually. Key points to help you get pass and done with paws are changing or refreshing your outlook towards life and overall yourself, think and be positive of what's to come for you in the future.
Take fish oil, they help a tonne, I swear by it and highly and extremely recommend it. Manage a good daily schedule ie. Exercise, diet. Get some vitamin D ontop of fish oil, helps depression and anxiety and everything health.
Good luck and congratulations on making it that far.
