passing by*
walking on the stone hinged street
hoping to see something new
eye catching retreat
into the cold air's breath
as it aerates the block
vitiator of the chill
as accretion fills me
knowing I can never leave
collimating my steps
calibrating my thoughts
like a saprophyte surving on the decaying matter
my epicene body, a soporific sight
opacite floundering with chalybeate arms
watching the malevolent drifters
stare at such a sight
indolent
and smilling
cause they havent tested the cladistics
were all sleight imperialists
waiting for the domination
of our own lives
