What are your experiences of parnate? I have a script for it and have tried it before and it was really good just I am very worried about hypertensive crisis etc. after reading a few horror stories... have you been successfull on it and do you think the hypertensive crisis thing is overblown?

I have no problem with sticking to dietary/medicinal rules so Parnate was very effective at defeating my anhedonia and lack of motivation for quite a while, after trying all other antidepressant families my docs first prescribed.
This is far from suggesting you could take lightly the hypertension and serotonin syndrome issues.
On Parnate, part of the rewards seem to come from the self control it compels one to achieve.

I'm truly sorry about your experience with parnate I'm a 20-year knowledgeable veteran with the drug.
And one thing does a fact with it is it has a severe poop out and it cannot be avoided the damn thing just dies. So when that happens high dose is insane I'm going to stay at the dose that work and augment it mainly with stimulus stimulants are the only thing that's going to bring back what you wanted the motivation drive and energy.
