The girls (3, 4 and 6 years old) I watch from time to time are obsessed with anything that has a stupid dance they can find on youtube. Like this:



The older girls listen to 90s gangster rap (she's going through a phase) or mainstream country music. The one into gangsta rap has also gotten into Offspring and Papa Roach recently. She found a stack of our old CDs and is in love with older technology. We let her take the old stereo into her room. So she's blasting that stuff at full volume all of the time.

Haha. My 9-year-old daughter also really likes this song. It seems to be very popular among kids.

Our daughter is in her early-20s. Can’t pretend I’d recognise much of her music. I know she likes Sabrina Carpenter and similar acts. Pretty standard “girl music” tbh.

She also really enjoys 50s/60s girl bands. Probably from her deep love of the Fallout games.

Overall I reckon she has pretty good taste. Couldn’t be more different to my own, but it’s varied and considered which is generally a good sign imo.
