Evening fellow BLers,
Randomly browsing my sites of interest, I came across a (2000) paper written on drug detection testing - basically a report covering things such as the mechanism of action, the efficiency (eg, false-positives/false-negatives) , pros/cons, etc of the 3 main specimen type (blood, urine & hair), drugs of interest (their elimination rates, min doses, etc.), the metabolites tested for, testing technologies, even towards the end ethical considerations.
The report is written by the AIC (Australian Institute of Criminology) - read: reliable (albeit possibly skewed) source.
Apologies if this has already circulated (and I'm just a little behind the time?
). Either way, a good read!
