Has anyone tried using the petals from Papaver rhoeas / Field poppy, which contain the sedative alkaloid Rhoeadine?

In Iran it’s been used to help people in opioid/morphine withdrawal, as it apparently has similar effects.

Does anyone know how many petals are needed to get a good effect?
