Panic Attacks and Anxiety - What's left to take?

Okay, well I feel like you should taper off the benzos or only keep a script for panic attacks STRICTLY, NOT DAILY use. Personally, when I was on a daily dose of benzos I was a fucking anxious, panicking mess of a man. First prescribed 1 then 2mg of Klonopin, then prescribed xanax XR (terrible! I was pissed I suggested the switch), and lastly, Valium which was the most beneficial out-of-all the other benzos I was prescribed for daily usage Valium and it's instant action and huge duration took the win.

I barely had to taper when I switched off daily Valium to Lyrica (pregabalin) it was a fucking life-saver! Very anxiolytic and fast acting... far more easy then I expected to get off years worth of daily benzos! I had to switch over to Neurontin (gabapentin) due to insurance coverage issues. Gabapentin is just less potent then Lyrica, although much cheaper. It works for a daily anxiolytic, for my nerve pain and muscle tension along w/ my Suboxone for years of heroin/potent-opioid addiction. I'm trying to taper off the Subs... ughhh.

As for natural anxiolytic supplements: I found Kava Kava root extracts (make sure you don't get a shitty supplier/brand!) to be helpful. Valerian Root was useless IME . Skullcap was helpeful though, esp when used alongside Kava. There may be others I'm forgetting.

I also give props to hydroxyzine for being actually anxiolytic for an antihistamine.
