What is good for me could kill the fuck out of you. In general it is dangerous to mix respitory depressants. This could make your breathing cease. Start small and don't overdso it, and you should be okay. But this combo can be life threatening.
Yah, some huge percentage of the opiate overdoses involve combination with benzos. Friends have stopped breathing on normal doses with only a little benzos on their system...unless you are really sure about your tolerances to both don't push it on a large dose.
They do however potentiate each other so if you are doing like two percs by all means go ahead with a reasonable dose of xanax/klonopin.
Then again I am so fucking resistant to benzos that I wasn't even sleepy after like 20mgs of klonopin in the morning plus IVing a good sized bag of h...unfortunately I was very unhappy..too many benzos can make me depressed.

You need to provide more information to get a better answer. Like how often you take these respective drugs & how many mg you intend to take. I personally don't like mixing OC's & benzo's. OC's are so sweet on there own they don't need anything else with them besides a blunt & a tv with the cartoon network on...

Benzos definitely take that edgy feeling off as you're coming down from opiates...
They can put you to sleep so you don't remember how pissed you are that you're out of oxy or H or whatver...
But too much of them and opiates and you may never wake up from that sleep.
Be CAREFUL and be sure to learn what you can about a drug before trying it..

Generally speaking, if you aren't pushing it and taking nothing more than a mild to moderate dose of both an opiate and a benzo, you should be alright.
It would definantly be risky and unwise to take a large dose of either mixed together, as something like oxycodone depresses your breathing and this could be exceptionally dangerous to mix with another drug that acts as a sedative and puts you to sleep.
And keep in mind that just because most people can get away with this at reasonable doses doesn't mean that there aren't exceptions. There have definantly been a few deaths attributed to mixing benzos and opiates at doses that didn't at all seem too high.
