Does oxymorphone even show up in a urine test? I know most 8-12 panel have a methadone line, opiate line, and an oxy line. I imagine that if bupe was on the test you might fail. My friend did opana last night and took a drug test just now and passed..just something I am curious about. I don't think it's a banned question because I am not asking how to pass the drug test, just if it's on there

Thank you!

Drug testing questions in general are discouraged (or not allowed all together).

What I will say is it depends on the test used, and how many panels it contains (3,5,10,12, ect.). There certianly are tests that detect oxymorphone, and now that it's becoming a more common "abused drug", people are going to see it being tested for more often.

oxymorphone will not show up on a standard drug test. it'd have to be tested for specifically, or if they do the kind where they send it off to a lab they could see it.

Does any1 know what oxymorphone shows up as in a Urine Test? I just started a new script and am also takeing oxy30s IRs. Question is I ran a little short on the Oxymorphones so will they show difrent than the oxy30s I take? ty

If it's a 5 panel instant test it'll just show up as opiates. If it's one they send to lab or hospital, it will show up as oxymorphone for sure. If your prescription or probation/parole depends on only showing up for oxycodone, you're fucked my friend.

I've taken gc/ms tests and had oxycodone show up as oxymorphone, I believe it metabolizes as such in some pct of the population. Just google it bro to be solid
Oxymorphone is a synthetic opioid so I don't think it pops as a opiate, not positive but I think... Google op, I could be mistaken
It's a pretty common thing from everything my dr said and from everything I've read
