Oxycontin v heroin

Would half a gram of decent heroin go further than 80mg of oxy? If street heroin is only 20% pure, that's only 100mg of diacetylmorphine per half gram. How many doses would this do someone with average tolerance?

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to string opiods. They do fascinate me though.

If it's halfway decent then definiately the heroin because it hits quicker and is not time release like oc.

Most people (aside from pure needle fetishists) seem to think there is no rush from injection making it pointless to IV - especially given the additional risks of injecting pills (unless micron filtered perhaps - which is not commonly done in the UK that I know of unfortunately). If there's no real rush why would anybody choose to inject unless they are somebody who injects any drug they lay hands on anyway? I would be in the latter category incidentally so am not knocking it per se but recommending it to a first-timer?
 
tbh there is a slight rush but the BA orally is well over 90% so there is not alot of point in shootong them - plus they are very hard to get a clear solution unless as you say you have a micron filter, when i shot them a few times i didnt find muchh difference in ythat and snorting a 1/2 and chewing 1 up
 
I remember when I first started having it 20mg of the oral solution fucked me up nicely....can suck 200mg now and not feel a thing :(

I did snort two 80's the other night though and I got a nice feeling from that.

I had taken 300mg pregablin though so that could have potentiated it.
