Oxycontin use after DXM use?

Yesterday around 6:30pm I gulped down two 145ml bottles of Delsym (DXM Polistirex). I was unbelevebly fucked up and just woke up to a phone call the next day at 1pm (19 hours after dosing) saying my friend can get me some oxys.

Would it be safe to take oxys now or should I wait until later (like tonight?)?
 
It's been over 12 hours, I don't see why taking oxycodone would be a problem right now.

If you want to be 110% safe/sure, go ahead and wait until tonight but either way you should be okay :)
 
I was asking because Delsym is time released and I took a fuck load of it, I was just making sure.

Not a problem man. IIRC, Delsym is supposed to be time-released over 12-14 hours, so you probably do still have an amount of DXM in your system right now, but I doubt the amount is anything worrying about.

Are you feeling any effects/afterglow from the DXM trip?
