Are you %100 positive that your dope is going to be coming fom Afgahn? Because like everybody else has mentioned, you're gonna have to break it down. I've heard of people using those "1000MG Vita-c" packets to do it, but don't quote me on that. Cause when it comes to breaking that shit down, I have no clue. Just make sure you start small, especially if it's some fire. Just be careful, mang.

Of course you do, but I would be a bit more suspicious than usual if I was getting heroin in a region where it's very rare. But yes, in general, shooting dope is always risky.

@cloud*: yes, purity is always an issue when buying on the street, but you have to be extra careful your first time using since you don't have anything to base the dosage on or even the fact that it's actually heroin.

i know i was going on the reducing partners anxiety, a lot of heroin addicts just use a cotton, and a lot of them could shoot that amount and be fine.

I wouldn't say that most people would be fine with that dose, because there have certainly been people with the same oxy tolerance as the OP that have overdosed on 150mg of IV heroin. 75% pure is really potent, and heroin is a lot more sedating than oxycodone, so that's where my concern is coming from. I sniffed about 175 mg of heroin and got sick from being too high, and this was when my oxy tolerance was close to the OPs. I took the oxy orally, but it's oral BA isn't that much less than IV, whereas with heroin the nasal BA is a decent amount lower than IV.
