Hello everyone. I'm posting this here because I've been trying to find and answer about my situation online and through the search function here but I've had no luck finding an answer and I really need help. If one were to take about 7 or 8 15mg oxy KC 8's over a 6-12 hour period could overdose be a possibility. Not from acetaminophen, these pills contain none, just oxy. What if one were to do what was described above and later in the evening began to feel nauseous, had pain in the right side of their lower abdomen, and then became sick and began vomiting and the vomit contained a small amount of blood. What would that be a sign of? Overdose? Or something else? Should a person who has done what was described seek immediate medical attention? Thank you for reading and I apologize if I asked this in the wrong way or in the wrong section.

Well, puking up blood is a sign of gastic perforation, esophageal varices, etc, and is medically emergent so.... go to the ER! I'm not sure how oxy would figure into that, but I'm not a physician, so....

No it's not from the opioids at all.

It can be from diet and nutritional factors...

It also can be from alcohol consumption.

Your stomach can just be producing too much acid....

bleeding wouldnt have anything to do with the oxy, the throwing up maybe could be a sign you had a little too much

id go to a doctor if it happens again or if you keep having pain

What was your ROA? Oral, intranasally, or IV? If it was IV you may be coughing up blood from your lungs due to a blood clot. The only other thing I can think of is that something about the pills you take don't agree with your stomach lining, or this may be a whole separate issue from your opiate use, such as a genetic disease or just other factors coming into play.
