Actually, APAP slightly enhances the effects of oxy, though not to a degree that most users really feel. That being said, roxis will feel like they hit faster, especially if chewed (even though it's the same active ingredient, the liver doesn't have to wrestle with anything else) and maybe they do in fact hit faster. In any case, for me, three chewed percs feel stronger than one 30mg roxy, but we're talking only peak effects, say, after one hour. Moreover, that 30 mg roxy has a particular rush to it that is all its own and therefore tends to feel stronger at the onset. Also, a chewed 30mg roxy does not feel anything like three swallowed percs, and is similar to three chewed percs, though not identical. Again, APAP synergizes with oxy, so this does alter the overall feel. That synergy increases the analgesic effects of both, but tends to diminish the euphoric effect (my theory is the APAP slightly slows the delivery of the oxy, but this is just a guess), so the result is that the percs have a stronger overall painkilling effect, while the roxy is more "feelable" as its own sensation apart from the anagesic effect. All of this is assuming you take your meds on an empty stomach, which I highly recommend. Now, if you snort that roxy, you'll get only a percentage of the total dose, so the overall effects will be diminished, but the initial rush might be stronger and therefore feel more intense. Crushing and plugging the roxy with a syringe/warm water will feel roughly like four chewed percs AND give the most immediate rush, similar to the rush of snorting but a bit more intense. Even though the stated bioavailability of oral/rectal are more or less identical, I find plugging to yield the best effect. My theory, and this is just a guess, is because the opioid receptors are in the intestine. Mods feel free to correct anything here - this is all from my personal, but significant, experience. Hope this helps.
