I am going to get my Oxycontin rx upped from 1-2 x 10 mg twice a day To 1-2 x 20mg twice a day.
Dr. Also mentioned about switching to a Palladon, which is time released hydromorphone which gor banned in states some time before.
For that the rx would be 1-2 8 mg hydromorphone two times as day.
What are the good points for occassionsl recreational use for Palladone when compared to Oxycontin (the old formula)
Those should be equianalgesic doses when taken orally and I don't wantto go through IV route. But intranasal, sublingual or even plugging would be ok to me.
