He recently took 5 Endocet pills orally 650mg acetaminophen / 10mg oxycodone. He is a big guy, he weigh's 235 pounds if that matters. He is really freaking out because he is having trouble breathing, but he also feels really good and relaxed, his heartbeat is also slower. Will he be fine? This is his first time trying opiates.

You'll be fine but you just did a whole lot of shit to your liver. All that apap isnt good for you. Next time try a cold water extraction.... its simple and gets rid of all that apap

Also, 50mg is a whopper of a first time dose. May want to cut it back next time. Do you have someone to keep an eye on you?
