BTW, tylenol is literally useless if your taking high doses of percocet or any other APAP/opioid. This is because,IIRC, APAP has a ceiling effect, much like aspirin, where pain relief per mg begins to slowly decrease until it presumably gets to the point where increasing dose will not provide anymore analgesia. Of course, people taking "prescribed" doses of pills(such as 1-2 percocet every 4-6 hours) may be slightly effected, but not people with tolerances.
@SaoisinEngaged: you are the one paying your doctor. If he is insisting you can't take more than 1 percocet at a time, when an ER has wrote me out 20mg at a time, you need to straighten him out, and if he still won't budge, tell him you will find a doctor who knows they're ass for a hole in the ground. Remember, you are paying his stupid-ass.
