Opioids Oxycodone 5mg (no apap)

A buddy of mine got his wisdom teeth pulled today and was prescribed Oxy 5's no tylenol, a tiny white round pill with the imprint K 18. I'm currently going through withdrawals of hydrocodone so he threw me 10 of them. Basically my questions are is this a percocet or oxycontin? A few people told me different things. Is this just a perc without the tylenol? I've also looked it up and said it was ER. Not sure if this is true either. I just want that energy feeling again! Any help would be appreciated!
 
We don't actually allow these threads, we are not able to identify things for you or tell you how or what to take to get high. But with that being said what you're talking about is oxycodone hcl 5mg. Oxycodone is the opioid in percocets. It's instant release and without tylenol.. I am going to close this thread, if you have any questions why I closed this thread you may PM me..
