Oxy IR -> Oxycontin dosages?

I'm pretty new to oxys. Have been messing around for 3-6 months. Tried 5, then 10mg of IR and it was "ok" (maybe total of 5 times). I moved to 15mg IR which was "not bad" (total of 5 times).

The other day I did 20mg IR for the first time and it totally knocked my socks off. I finally realised why people use it, even if it is pretty short lasting.

So now I want to try some Oxycontin and see how much longer the high lasts me. What dosage do I take? 20mg seems like the sweet spot for me at the moment. Does that mean I should stick to 20mg Oxycontin? Or does the timed release mean I should use more? If so, how much more?

I currently have a few OC30's (not OPs, actual OCs). I know I can crush them, but I'd like to experience a longer high. So how much of an Oxycontin dose is roughly equivalent to a 20MG IR dose? Will the high be longer with OCs?

Thanks!

split them in quarters it should be 7.5x3 so it should be 22.5mg. You don't want to take more. You'll only grow a tolerance and then you'll start needing more and waste your money just to feel "alright". Keep it once in a while. It's going to be hard, but it's better that way and you'll be thanking yourself why, when you see some of your other friends buying 80s and shit. I would think you would need a lot for time released, but that's not recommended.

I do appreciate the harm reduction advice. But getting these OC's is a one time thing. In future it'll likely be OPs and then I can't quarter them. So I am also interested in knowing approximately how many milligram Oxycontins I should take to be roughly equivalent to 20mg IR.

Thanks.

You would be safe to take 30. Even opioid naive I would think 30 would be alright albeit pretty heavy for a literal first time.

Here is a cool method of beating the time release I found after scouring the net for hours just to beat some op 10s

If you decide to just eat them, eat 20. Wait 40 mins or so. Eat the other 10. Better to underdose than overdose.
Be safe.

You would need to spend a lot of money if you were to just take time released formulations without altering them. Honestly, it's not worth taking a bunch of time released ops. It's a waste of money, potential, and tolerance. Unless you were in pain and needed something to find ways to get rid of a chronic pain that you're experiencing. You'll definitely be able to split ops. Pill splitters are cheap and effective for that job
