BDD Leftwing? Did you move me hear or ( i thought ) i started hear.............But whatever, it's cool.................And NCUK, serax is just another name for it, i live in canada and we get a lot of different names up here..............do you take it? They started me out with 15mg for sleep and moved me up to the 30's(mg) pretty quick. Just trying to find out what's the best way to use them and what to take with them.

its a pretty "weak" anxiolytic benzo.. definately not made for inducing sleep... 20mg oxazepam=10mg diazepam...

What's a good thing to say to the doctor for me to get something stronger then the Oxazepam?............Because they are pretty Weak and he started to gave me the 30mg ones.............and they are still nothing spl

Not really meant to say "how to get meds from your doctor"... but in this case.. be honest..;; say its not working for sleep (if thats the case), if it works then stick to it
