I recently recommended phenibut to a friend as he, similar to me suffers from social anxiety. I recommended a low dose to allergy test and then a dose of up to 1 gram for the first use. The tablets are 500mg. After finding out his dad was coming to see him for the first time since his parents split he decided to ignore my advice, first taking 5 tablets, and after not seeing instant results he took the rest. He has now taken the ridiculous sum of 30 500mg tablets. I'm in the car on the way to his house right now in the hope that I can help him sort this out, I have activated charcoal, but I was wondering if anyone more experienced with this drug has any idea of the severity of the situation, what I can do to help, should I call a&e immediately?

What is his condition? How long has it been since he took them? Make sure you/someone stays with him and watches him closely.

I will try to find out some more info on phenibut overdose, as I don't have any experience with it, but please don't let it delay you from seeking medical attention if you are worried.
