Outdoor Yield

I came into possession of some seeds (mostly mids, but some really good seeds too), and I was planning to grow these over the summer (we already test germinated a few to make sure they were viable). I live in a farming area, so the soil and weather is ideal for growing, except for the moderate humidity.

I've been getting a lot of conflicting information when it comes to outdoor yields. I know indoor yields are relatively small, but various sources say that outdoor produces anywhere from a half pound to two pounds.
I know that it depends a lot of the strain, but I was wondering if anyone knew an average yield for outdoor plants.

Also, on average, how many seeds mature will into full plants?

Haha, my friends and I were joking around about this and quickly realized how much money we could save by growing our own stash.

My average has tended to be ~7oz per plant; but we try and keep them relatively small so theyre not very noticeable

it all depends on size & location. Asking this is like asking how many apples an apple tree will produce(??). An okie thumb rule is 1 meter = 1ounce dry when guessing. The equator gives rise to some 20ft+ sativa's due to redonkously long growing season where really north/south will raise stout indica/ruderalis

Really this depends on the seeds. There is a chance that none of the seeds germinate.

80% would not be surprising, perhaps that's the average, but it really depends on how the seeds came to be the way they are now.
