"Thy" means "your", so the translation is: "Your man who lives to preserve life..." Also the semi-colon should be a comma. I'm not sure why you're writing in partial middle-English, or if it's a quote of some kind. If it's not a quote, I would suggest writing it in English and breaking it up a little bit into shorter lines.

I have no idea why I wrote it in partial middle-English either hahah... it's just how it came out.

I also thought about breaking it up into shorter lines but just couldn't figure out where to do so.
