I just found this website that sells products to help the harm reduction of opiate addicts. And just wondering about a few things that I saw.

Is sterile citric acid sachet better or worse then sterile vit C sachets.

Are sterile water ampoules that essential?

Is a stericup to mix the heroin worth it?

And how do you know what size needle to use, there's so many listed, 25 gauge 1 inch (25mm), 25 guage 1.5 inch ( 40mm ), 21 gauge 1.5 inch (40mm) etc etc, so if someone would like to give me a break down on how you know which to choose.

Not gunna actually start IV'ing i'm just curious :). Might buy few needles and microns to IM ket but that would be it though.

Oh and please don't tell me to UTFSE =D.

Would be nice to know what people think on this !

You could use saline instead of sterile water... Bacteriostatic water is generally ideal, though...

Stericup:
Vacuum-driven filtration and storage devices

The Stericup vacuum filtration system combines a Steritop filter unit with a receiver flask for processing and storing volumes from 150 mL to 1,000 mL.

Its new no tip/easy grip flask design and compact profile improve stability during filtration, make gripping the receiver easier, and make Stericup Filter Units ideal for use in laminar flow hoods.

As an added convenience, the bottom of the receiver flask is slightly recessed, enabling capped flasks to be stacked for convenient storage.

(from Millipore website)

27 gauge is probably a good size to use initially (though 25 could work just to get practice; it is really a relatively large needle, though); once you get more experience, it will be more healthy on your veins if you get the smaller sizes, like a 31 gauge, for example. The length is more about preference; most people I know prefer shorter tips as they are easier to wield.

^ That's what i've heard, i'm so tempted, just wouldn't know what to do. What/how much ket do I mix it with, and where would I inject it, into the arm/bicep area? Just stick it in there and pull the trigger?

isn't citric acid for shooting crack and some forms of h that weren't initially manufactured for shooting? what's the vitamin c for? I heard awhile ago adding vitamin c to the water you shoot with potentiates it. is that true?

The vitamin C works by breaking down the heroin into a soluble solution to inject I think. Allthough i'm no expect, someone will probably tell you here.

Hi OP. firstly the citric acid & vit C are required to dissolve basic heroin typically found in the UK & EU. Vit C (ascorbic acid) is currently being offered as an alternative to citric in the drug clinics as it is less damaging to the veins, though more is required. Sterile water amps are also recently available and are always a good idea. Stericups are also freely available and are nothing more than a portable sterile spoon. as for pin sizes the half inch orange monojects should suffice for IM.
