Other Drugs Policy 17-A - DRUG PRICES/AVAILABILITY

We have never allowed drug price threads - ie "how much for a sheet of acid in Philly?" .. well, the times, they are a changin! (I heard that on "Don't tell mom the baby sitter is dead" and it's been stuck in my head) ...
WE NOW ALLOW PRICE AND AVAILABILITY THREADS!!
... in the Regional discussion forum that is... I talked with the lead moderator, Doctor Love, and we had a very long confrence where we worked out thr specifics - he will be posting an FAQ to his forum... in a nutshell - the follow are NOT ALLOWED IN OTHER DRUGS but ARE ALLOWED in the North and South America Drug Discussion Forum ..
1) Price threads - an example - "Whats the going rate for a vial of ketamine in New York?"
2) Availability threads - an example - "Why can't I find any LSD in Detroit?"
You get the idea....
So post these in the following:

This will help improve North & South American Drug Discussion aswell. It will bring more traffic and give a little bit more to the forum's content. Right now the forum doesn't get that many posts, but with your insight, we can help turn it into a more popular and diverse forum.

If you allow posts questioning availability they will have to be heavily monitored. Otherwise it'll end up becoming a "where can I get some?" That would violate:
