OTC painkillers in Spain

I'm heading to Spain soon and need to know if i can get adequate pain medication for my migraines.
At worst - i'm prescribed 30mg codeine/ 500 paracetamol. Would there be a chance of getting anything similar over the counter there?
If not can i go to the doctors (somehow) and explain my situation? They really put me out for days
