Ordering testkits from Dancesafe? Getting no response even though I paid

Anyone have experience ordering testing kits through dancesafe?
About how long does it take?

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. E-mailed them asking when I will receive it. All I get is an auto-reply saying "Sorry, this user is out of disk space."

They sure had no problem deducting the payment from my account within a day. I know they are non-profit and all but that's no excuse to take money and not respond

I once had some dealings with DanceSafe. I can't be more specific because I'd like to maintain my anonymity.

My contact was one of the most annoying pains in the ass I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, is all I'll say.

Funny how mine came literally 20 minutes after I complained on here :D I'm in CA (same state as where it ships from) and it it took a total of 16 days from ordering. Kinda long, but I've waited longer for Amazon stuff.

But it'd have been nicer if they answered E-mails and told me approx how long
