You can never be sure of all the substances in a pill with a tester.
HOWEVER: if the pill goes black/purple then it definitely contains MDXX, no other drug on the street should do this, its because of the chemical structure of X-like compounds.
Having lab exp myself i know the perfection and patience it takes to synthesise anything. Thus imo, i cannot see y a chemist who has taken the time to make MDXX, and hence can now manufacture pills which will get EVERYONE talking, and who will come back to new batches all the time, would RUIN the hard work, and his/her immensely valuable product, by adding other contaminants/drugs.
Yet if the test is orange it could contain any sort of chemical mixture. After all the people making these pills r "marketing" them as X and will add anything to try and imitate the effect. so orange could be speed, speed and ketamine, PMA, some hallucinogenic substances, anything.
Moral: if its black buy it, if orange don't.
Have half at a time, and u shouldn't have a problem, u'll have a ball!!
