Oral Fent gel question.

Question: where am I going wrong?
I am very Very opioid tolerant. To the point where I have to have a 50mcg patch on AND swallow about 315mg Oxy at one time to feel gooood off of it.
I decided to wear a 50mcg, and use another new 50mcg and rub it on my gums and under my tongue in 10 minute intervals, and did the whole patch. And... nothing. Nada. Zip.
What did I do wrong? Did I not take enough? Don't wanna die, but really looking for a sedated type nod.

Do you want to die. They are letal if opened and taken orally. If you do this get your affairs in order. I'm begging you please don't try this again or let any of your friends either. My best friend died last beause of them.

Have you checked the total fentanyl content of the patch? I know with the flat sticky ones, 50ug/hour correlates to total 8mg in the patch, but it may differ with the gel. You should really know exactly what dose you're taking before you start ingesting it.
