Opioids Oral Black Tar Heroin BioAvailability and Dosage When Dissolved in Water??

Does anyone know the dosage for oral black tar heroin and the bioavalability ? I wanted to dissolve it into water via adding heat (like u were going to shoot up) then mix it with some sprite. I'd want it to be a moderately low dosage for someone who has no tolerance. please help. Thank you
 
Heroin is super ineffective orally. If you have a low tolerance I would smoke it. Look into chasing the dragon method and smoke a small amount. If heroin is exposed to water for too long it will degrade back to morphine.
