Optimum time to take amphetamines with Aniracetam

I've recently started using Aniracetam and I've been wondering what is the optimum time to consume amphetamines (Adderall, Vyvanse, Methamphetamine, and MDMA) after I've taken my morning Aniracetam, to potentiate it?

If you're using it regularly, I doubt a few hours will make any noticeable difference. Maybe within 2 hours of each other though, due to aniracetams short halflife.

I was hoping to use Piracetam instead of using prescribed amphetamines (10-20mg/day, even though I'm scripted more) for seriously bad, inattentive ADD, so is there any reason other than potentiation that people combine the two instead of using either amps or racetams seperately? Does it only potentiate the euphoria of the amps, or does it make the therapeutic benefits (increased focus and alertness) more efficient through increased bloodflow between the two hemispheres of the brain?

I feel as if you get used to the racetam and amp synergy, it will be hard to feel subjective therapeutic benefit from your old dosage of amps alone if you decide to stop using racetams. It will feel as if "something is missing," unless this is not meant to be a daily combination.

OP, are the amps in question (other than MDMA, lol ) being used for ADD relief at low dosages (< 30mg/day), or above that for recreational purposes?
