Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but i need to know a little bit on how to distinguish the grade of opium that someone would be buying.

This is sort of a vague question, but how much would one have to smoke if they had a someone medium - sort of high tolerance to painkillers. I mean, how much should u have to smoke if its good shit / decent shit. or whatnot

This person really doesnt want to get ripped off, and any input would be thankfully accepted.

Although the chances of finding real opium are tiny (unless this person knows someone who cultivates it, or just got back from a trip to turkey) from what I've read, they will either get incense or something similar, or black tar heroin...So, if you, er, your friend, is lucky, they will get some smack:)
 
fizzuck, this is what ive read and come to accept, BUT, jus to humor me, how much would need to be smoked to get high from.. withsomeone with a moderate tolerance

^what do you mean surely heroin is more efficent by weight.
 
but not economical.

if you were to find real opium on the street I doubt it would be more than $40 a gram, where as heroin would pretty easily go for at least $150 a gram, even for badly cut stuff.
 
well, if it was black tar heroin, i wouldnt even care, .. say for that then.. ,cause its not red (like dragons blood is), how much would i need to smoke

You guys make it seem real opium is that difficult to get, in its real form. There are alot of persians where I live, and they use it within their community very frequently. In fact, most of the methadone clinics around here are full of old persian people.

Ive gotten real opium from them, but i didnt think it was that great. It was real nonetheless. I have had other real opium from other very legitimite sources, and never thought it was special. Ive also had tar heroin, and there is a distinct difference. You people who knock on tar heroin have likely never tried, just read information from people who also havent tried it. Some is of very high potency, and is mainly diamorphine. In some samples, there maybe some unreacted morphine, but when its stinking like acetic anhydride, you know its good. When filtered properly, tar does the job in terms of injection. Its also a little harder to cut than powder heroin, and is MUCH more likely to be of natural origins. Good quality high purity powder is better, i admit it, but people make opinions on tar when they've never even tried it.


I hate all these "it couldnt be real opium" statements. Just becasue you cant get it, doesnt mean others can. And its not a particularly great drug. Too many side effects, many from all the other less desirable alkaloids present.

Try starting with around 100mg in your pipe, that should give you a sense of what your getting into.
 
Hmmm, I've smoked a fair bit black tar opium (if that's what it was) and it was definately on the weaker of the scale of opiates I've used. I can't imagine it being heroin but it was definately an opiate. Nothing impressive but the smoke smells great :)

i dont really care about the people who said that i cant get real shit. that might be the case, but again, thanks for everyones replies. if people want to make this a big post about opium, then thatd be ill too, heh
 
yeah! if its real he will be able to tell with one solid hit...even if it is tar heroin he will be able to tell with a hit or so


you can shoot the tar BUT; don't try to shoot opium though
 
question: why would any one sell heroin as opium? if you sell a gram of said 'opium' for under $100 aren't you losing money? and who would buy it for more?
