Opioids Opioids and menstruation

So I have a question for a girl I know, she's been taking also tramadol for a few months and usually aprox 200 mg so her habbit is small she complains about her menstruation cycle not starting, i think I remember reading something similar on here but I can't find it via the search engine.

Any girls could add some input?

Hey, so I've had my cycle stop completely or become erratic on 60mg/d oxycodone IR, and also on Heroin. So I think it's possible with tramadol too, even though it's a very different synthetic painkiller. If she's lost weight during the last few months on tramadol it could be due to the weight loss. If she's not preg then it could be the meds or change in diet. My cycles went back to normal whenever I stopped using opiates and they stay normal if i'm taking subutex too.
