Opioids and blood test

I'm just wondering wheather opioids (codeine) can affect the results of a blood test, and if so, in what way?

Also, do opioids affect your iron levels?

I got my blood test done a few weeks ago, i take a very strong multivitamin containg a high dose of iron. The result was that my iron level was ok but my iron stores were low so its possible, im addicted to opiates btw xxx

I know my Ferrtin (iron stores) levels were extremely low on my last blood test, however, I wasn't taking opioids then.

Apart from iron, does opioids change any other blood results? Or did everything come back normal?
