It would seem like I’ve screwed up my CWE by using water that was too hot to begin with. For many previous extractions, I would start with water that’s 105 degrees Fahrenheit, dissolve my OXY 10/325 and work through the process. This produced a really strong high. The last two times I wasn’t as carful and started with water that was 110 degrees Fahrenheit and I barely felt anything once I dosed. What is the best temperate for starting the CWE and dissolving the OXY? Is 105 too high? 110 certainly seemed to ruin it.

Oxycodone should be perfectly stable to boiling water temps (so, 212F). I don't see a reason 5 degreees would make a difference.
