Bluelighter
So on Bluelight, I found a chart for opioid conversion.
Opioid Conversion Chart
ORAL
Morphine 30 mg PO =
Heroin = 30 mg
Codeine = 200 mg
Hydrocodone = 30 mg
Oxycodone = 20 mg
Hydromorphone = 7.5 mg
Oxymorphone = 10 mg
Methadone = 5-10 mg†
Levorphanol = 4 mg
Meperidine = 300 mg
Tramadol = 150 mg§
Dihydrocodeine = 100 mg
Dextropropoxyphene = 130-200 mg*
can somebody please tell me what PO means?
does that mean if I take 200mg codeine it's equal to 30mg morphine? Or does that mean how much of 200mg codeine gets converted by the liver to morphine?
