Opioids Opiods and Wellbutrin?

So I was prescribed Wellbutrin for my serious depression by a psychiatrist that doesn't know of my addiction to painkillers and I can't tell him because I'm a minor, so he would have to tell my parents who I cannot put the pressure of that information on. How does this mix with opiods (specifically Tramadol, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone)? What about Kratom? I've seen that yes there are interactions, no there aren't, and it's okay if you take them at opposite times of the day. I would be taking Wellbutrin at 7am and generally do not take a painkiller until 4pm, but Tramadol affects me up to 16 hours so I probably would have to give up my DOC while on Wellbutrin. Can someone please give me a more definitive answer?

Do not take tramadol - it has properties different than most opiates that will likely produce side effects when combined with antidepressants.

For pretty much any other traditional opioid you are not going to notice much of a difference, your perception of a "high" may be altered but no physical consequences will occur.

You're chillen as long as you don't take tramadol.

This may help = http://www.bluelight.org/vb/threads/108959-Antidepressants-and-Recreational-Drugs-(long!)

My mom is a housekeeper and she takes care of this 80 something year old woman who is prescribed sertraline (50mg), tramadol (100mgs 3x daily), and focalin XR (unsure of dose) and surprisingly she has never had any problems. In no way am I saying this is a safe combo, in fact there is very likely to be some sort of complications but I don't think serotonin syndrome would be one of them. Almost all reports of SS are from taking an MAO inhibitor with anti-depressants. I also have a friend who is prescribed two anti-depressants and also hasn't had any problems, are these two peoples doctors extremely reckless or is this combo really not such a deathblow? I'm curious as well...

What is important here, tramadol is stronger as a serotonin releaser than serotonin reuptake inhibitor, thus it does cause flooding of synapses with serotonin, but its ability to cause cumulation isn't as high as SSRI antidepressants which strongly inhibit clearing synapses of serotonin. So while the incidence of serotonin syndrome may be lower than when combining SSRI's with MAOi's or other drugs inhibiting serotonin reuptake, because there's lower synergy between tramadol and SSRIs, it's still possible. But it's impossible to assess the probability when you're placed on an SRI for a long period of time and your 5-HT reuptake is continuously inhibited. The problem is your body may still be failing at serotonin production.

Bupropion (Wellbutrin) mostly inhibits the reuptake of dopamine and noradrenaline, but it does act on serotonin as well. So why put yourself at risk?

sertraline (50mg), tramadol (100mgs 3x daily)

This is dangerous in my opinion, way way more dangerous than taking bupropion with tramadol. Bupropion's action on serotonin seems to be so insignificant that I can understand prescribing it along with tramadol, but not SSRIs. Opioids stigmatization, that's all.
